How we handle your data

The QRT Trading Challenge is organised by Qube Research & Technologies, the MScT MaQI (École polytechnique and ENSAE) and LSEG. This site is run by the MScT MaQI on its own platform.

What we collect

Your institutional address (@polytechnique.edu and @ensae.fr), your first and last name (read from the address, corrected by you), your programme, your team and, if you give it, a line on what you bring. Nothing else: no password. Your address is validated by the link we send you; the site keeps the time of that validation and of your consent.

Why

To run the registration, form the teams, and give you access to the training material. Your name and address are passed to LSEG, which opens your Workspace account with them, and to QRT, which runs the competition. Neither receives anything else from this site.

How long

Registrations are kept until the end of the competition (June 2027) and deleted three months later, with their backups. An address that is never validated is deleted 48 hours after it was typed.

Where

On the MScT MaQI platform, hosted in the European Union (Finland), backed up nightly to the EU (Amsterdam). The emails are sent through the school's provider in France.

Your rights

You can read, correct or delete your registration at any time by signing in with your address, or by asking the organisers. Declining an invitation deletes nothing by itself; asking us does.
